Court Rental Agreement

By reserving and paying online, you (“Renter”) agree to these terms for renting a padel or pickleball court at Pick and Padel (“Club”).

1. Agreement Acceptance

By booking and paying for your reservation, you acknowledge reading, understanding, and agreeing to all terms outlined in this agreement.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at booking and is non-refundable unless canceled 24 hours before the reservation time starts.

3. Renter Responsibilities

Use the court only during your reservation and vacate it promptly. Follow all Club rules, including attire, footwear, and conduct. Damages from improper use may incur additional fees.

4. Equipment Usage

Basic equipment may be included in your rental. Return all equipment in good condition. Any loss or damage to Club equipment may incur charges.

5. Liability Release

By reserving and using a court, you acknowledge that sports activities involve risks, and agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Pick and Padel from personal injury, accidents, or losses on the premises.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Pick and Padel against claims or damages arising from your or your guests’ actions on the premises.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

– You must cancel 24 hours before the reservation to be eligible for a full refund.
– Pick and Padel may reschedule or cancel due to weather, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances, offering rescheduling or a full refund.

8. Alcohol and Smoking Policy:

– Only on-site alcohol purchased from Pick and Padel may be consumed in designated areas.
– Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in all courts and designated restricted areas.

9. Compliance with Club Rules:

– Renter and guests agree to follow all Club rules, and staff instructions.
– Failure to comply, may result in reservation termination without refund and potential suspension of future bookings.

10. Photo and Media Release (Optional):

– Guests may take personal photos, but we ask that they respect the privacy of others.
– By using the Club’s facilities, the renter consents to the use of photos or videos taken for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.
