Our leadership team has over 25 years of experience developing padel at an international level and organizing world padel championships, including the First Mexican Padel Open in 2017.

Enrique Molina / CEO

“Quique”, our Head Coach, is also the Founder and General Director of Vairo Padel Club in Mexico City since 2013. He has a long history with the Mexican Padel Federation (FEMEPA), where he served as General Director from 2009 to 2019.

Not only did he create the first FEMEPA competition rulebook (which is still used today), but Enrique also directed and founded the First Mexican Padel Open in 2017.

Some of his other qualifications include:
• General Director of the Padel World Championships in 2010 and 2012 in Cancun, Mexico
• Operations Director for FEMEPA Training and High Performance Center from 2013 to 2017
• Member of the International Padel Federation Junior Categories Committee from 2016 to 2017
• General Manager of Club Sparta (the first padel club in Mexico) for over 15 years

Christian Schoulund

Christian is the Master Builder at Pick and Padel and has been the General Director of Vairo Mexico since 1989. He has more than 35 years of experience in building and developing padel courts in Mexico and the United States.

Additionally, Christian has played a key role in the growth of padel throughout his career as:
• Operations Collaborator for FEMEPA (Mexican Padel Federation) since 2006
• President of the Mexican Padel Association for the State of Mexico since 2019
• Member of FEMEPA’s General Assembly
• Member of the operations staff for the 2010 and 2012 World Padel Championships in Cancun, Mexico
• Operations Director of the 2019 Interstate Padel Championship in Mexico
• Director of Vairo Padel Club
